  2. IMPORT ASCII FILE -  This menu selection will allow you to convert   
  3. a comma delimited ASCII file to a SRIII file.                        
  4. EXPORT TO ASCII FILE - This  menu  selection  will  allow  you  to   
  5. convert a SRIII file to a comma delimited ASCII file.                
  6. EXIT TO MAIN MENU - This menu selection will allow you to return to  
  7. the main menu.

  10. IMPORT INVENTORY FILE - This  menu  selection  will  allow  you  to  
  11. convert a comma delimited ASCII inventory file to a SRIII inventory  
  12. file, i.e.(PART NUMBER,DESCRIPTON,BIN,VENDOR).                       
  13. IMPORT CUSTOMER FILE -  This  menu  selection  will  allow  you  to  
  14. convert a comma delimited ASCII customer file to a  SRIII  customer  
  15. file, i.e.(ACCOUNT NUMBER,CUSTOMER NAME,ect.)                        
  16. IMPORT A/R TRANSACTION FILE -  This menu selection will allow you to 
  17. convert a comma delimited ASCII accounts receivable transaction file 
  18. to a SRIII file, i.e.(ACCOUNT NUMBER,CUSTOMER NAME,ect.)             
  19. IMPORT REPEATING TRANSACTION FILE -  This menu selection will  allow 
  20. you to convert a comma delimited ASCII repeating transaction file to 
  21. a SRIII file, i.e.(ACCOUNT NUMBER,CUSTOMER NAME,ect.)                
  22. QUIT - This menu selection will allow you to return to  the  previous
  23. menu.

  47. the source file resides, maximum 16 characters.

  62. from left to right. Enter 0 if this field is not in the ASCII record.

  79. VENDOR CODE - is a six character field. You  may  enter  numbers  or 
  80. upper & lower case letters. All letters will be converted to  upper- 
  81. case. This vendor code must match the vendor code in your vendor file
  82. FIELD POSITION - is the ASCII record field position, numbered 1 - 99 
  83. from left to right. Enter 0 if this field is not in the ASCII record.

  86. CATEGORY - is a one character field. You may enter numbers  or upper 
  87. & lower case letters. All letters will be converted  to   uppercase. 
  88. The following letters are reserved. F for food  stampable  items,  M 
  89. for memberships, R for rentals, S for service, B  for  books, G  for 
  90. gas, T for pull tabs, and A for assemblies. An assembly is any  item 
  91. that requires ingredients, components or parts. i.e. (mix drink, ham-
  92. burger, PC).An assembly may contain another assembly,as an ingredient
  93. FIELD POSITION - is the ASCII record field position, numbered 1 - 99

  97. DEPARTMENT - is a four digit field. You may enter numbers  only. You

  205. reorder  report. The  number  to  reorder  will  equal  the  maximum 
  206. inventory minus the quantity in stock minus the quantity on order.

  237. will be sent to LPT2, Printer i.d. 2 will go to LPT3, etc. You  may  
  238. redirect printer output to a serial port with the DOS MODE  command.
